Contacting us:
 Use the contact seller link on which ever site you purchased the product from. Make sure to check your spam folder carefully. Please make sure you provide the model phone and provider you have as well as the order number and a description of the type of problem you're having.

Cable Compatibility:
Please note, the cable you receive may not have your model phone on the connector sticker. These data cables are compatible with many different model phones so we usually only list one compatible model on it as our internal stock number. If you think you've received the wrong cable, email us after trying it and verifying it won't fit or work. We will replace any defective or incorrect cable immediately.

Sometimes if you get a cable from us and the picture in the ad had a box in the middle but what you received does not, then the cable may have a chip in the connector of the cable. To verify, plug in your cable to the computer by itself without the phone being attached. If windows detects the device when only the cable is attached, the cable has a chip. Otherwise it's a straight through cable with no chip inside. All cables I sell with a blob have a chip, some others you may purchase elsewhere have empty blobs and no chip.

Instructions:
Instructions are provided for some models and not for all. There are also some instructions to use QPST 2.7 which is not provided . You can find it on the web by doing a google search. We'd prefer you use bitpim and not QPST. Bitpim is a much better program. There are usually instructions for both. You can find tutorials for many phones on howardforums.com. It's a very good site for LG phones. The tutorials have either been written by me or have been obtained from public forums. I have tried to credit the authors for the posts, and/or provide links to the exact posts but I may have missed some.

If you don't see instructions for your phone you can email us and request some. I may be able to send basic steps to you.

To Bypass the instruction page and view the contents of the CD including ringtones, wallpapers etc, double click your My Computer icon. Right click your CD drive and choose explore.
